We've lifted lino in our bathroom and hallway and bedroom and would like the wooden floors beneath sanded and varnished. There is cardboard backing from the lino and also staples. We'd want a quote that included removing this. The area is roughly 26-28 square metres. This is urgent as it is holding up other renovation work.

Kris responded fast and gave a reasonable quote. He went way above and beyond, working well into the night to meet our deadline and did a fantastic job. We will be using Kaypees again to do the rest of the floors in our house.
