Timber Floor Sand & Refinish

Hello, my kitchen floor is long overdue for some tlc. What sort of price am I looking at to strip it back and oil based polyurethane? Please include an estimate for the number of days it will take too. - 20 m2 - Old coating is probably oil based though I'm not sure - Unsure when it was last done. Minimum 15 years ago, if at all since house was built in early 90s As per photos there's lots of wear & damage.
