Hello! We operate a Pole Dancing Studio in Auckland's Northshore. Unfortunately, the building we lease has a leak through the exterior block wall and the water has been soaked up by the current laminate flooring, which now needs to be replaced. The landlord is in the process of repairing the leak and we will be claiming the damage through their insurance so we will need a quote to submit with our claim. We are keen to get the works underway as soon as the repairs are complete and the insurance claim is approved - timeline currently unknown. Scope of Works: - Removal and disposal of existing flooring, underlay and skirting boards from the Dance Studio, Entry Area / Reception, small Bathroom and Shower Rooms. Approximately 100sqm. - Assistance lifting 3 large mirrors currently wall mounted on one wall at floor height to mitigate the risk of damage during construction. - Any floor preparation (concrete grinding, repair, leveling, etc.) required. Current condition of substrate unknown since flooring was installed by previous studio owner. - Supply and install of new SPC Hybrid flooring as per product specification. We have decided to use SPC to prevent damage if there is any future water egress, and have already chosen our preferred product ($38 per sqm).
