Laminate flooring installation

Second attempt of posting this job - I had called it "Needing vinyl floor planks to be installed" last time (because the box the product comes in calls it 'vinyl planks'), but apparently it's laminate and that's different. So anyway, it's vinyl planks with a rubbery backing, that click together, are waterproof, and floating. We already have purchased the product and require it to be installed in a rental. Up stairs floor sand

I'd just like a ball park figure to have my upstairs floor boards sanded, it's approx. 100m2. I'm not sure what the wood is it's quite pale, the house is 70yrs old. Boards aren't in bad condition a couple of gouges and the dogs have scratched them since I lifted the carpet.

Ensuite Vinal Installation & General Maintnence

I have some vinyl that I want installed into a small ensuite to replace the carpet. Some of the wooden frames in the ensuite need replacing & painting. The shower needs sealing up with silicone to prevent any additional leakes. The floor below the carpet is corkboard style.

Re-sand and finish wooden floor in entrance and kitchen

Need our kitchen and front entrance flooring resanded and varnished. We are not sure exactly what hard wood the floors are but they are original to the house built in the late 1960’s. The total is approx 25-30sqm, 20sqm or so in kitchen/dining area and another 5sqm or so in the entrance. Looking to stain the floor a slightly darker colour to match kitchen bench and would like a matte finish. Would like to done it done asap, as there are quite a few marks, stains etc.

Unstable floor repairs in laundry

The floor in the laundry/kitchen has started to move in one area by the back door when putting weight on it. Hopefully the photo provided demonstrates this. Suspected water damage from previous owners. Supporting beams have been installed to further support the floor but replacement of the flooring is required. There is a crawlspace under the house to provide access.

Ceiling beam sanding/planing

Ceiling beams in house are too dark. I would like them to be sanded or planed and then retreated with a lighter finish. There are 6 beams. Approximately 4500 mm long and 60mm thick. The beams are approximately 2.3m above the floor at the lower end. Ladder required. The room currently has no furniture in it, only fixed items. Some will need to be covered. The carpet would need to be covered. Tidy up to be included in quote.

We need vinyl floor planks to be layed in a rental. Covering the kitchen, entranceway, bathroom and separate toilet, with an underlay. They are click-together (tongue and groove) style. Vinyl will need to be joined to existing carpet, and skirting boards to be put back on. Assuming sealing with silicone will be required to make it waterproof. The family room (roughly 4m x 3m) was sanded and varnished approximately 25 years ago and needs retouching. The kitchen floor (roughly 3m x 3m) was originally covered in vinyl and has never been sanded. An estimate cost and time frame would be much appreciated.
