Replace and fix the floor wood due to fridge water leak

The floor has sustained significant water damage due to a leak from the refrigerator. As shown in the attached photos, the moisture has caused the flooring material to deteriorate and rot, resulting in structural damage that requires repair or replacement. In addition to the water-damaged section near the refrigerator, there is another separate area of the flooring that is broken and also requires repair.

The finish to the floating floor in a couple of areas needs better attention to detail and where all the carpet meets the floating floor we need the supplied floating floor door bars / joiners fitted. This is a fix up after the original installer. I know it's a small job and some people don't like doing small jobs however we do have access to ongoing work as well. Are you available next week?

Replace a section of water damaged floor

A small section of floor by a sliding door needs replacing. Rain came thru roof, dripping down a wall and must have settled under the vinyl on the floor. Now have a soft spot from water.
