Small kitchen floor sanding and refinishing

Hi, we are renovating our kitchen and would like some help with sanding and refinishing the timber floors. Our plan is to sand the floors once the existing kitchen is removed and then refinish them after the new kitchen is installed. The space is relatively small, roughly 5 to 6 square meters.
