Re-sand and finish wooden floor in entrance and kitchen

Need our kitchen and front entrance flooring resanded and varnished. We are not sure exactly what hard wood the floors are but they are original to the house built in the late 1960’s. The total is approx 25-30sqm, 20sqm or so in kitchen/dining area and another 5sqm or so in the entrance. Looking to stain the floor a slightly darker colour to match kitchen bench and would like a matte finish. Would like to done it done asap, as there are quite a few marks, stains etc.
