Laminate flooring installation

Second attempt of posting this job - I had called it "Needing vinyl floor planks to be installed" last time (because the box the product comes in calls it 'vinyl planks'), but apparently it's laminate and that's different. So anyway, it's vinyl planks with a rubbery backing, that click together, are waterproof, and floating. We already have purchased the product and require it to be installed in a rental. Covering the kitchen, entranceway, bathroom and separate toilet, unsure if an underlay is needed. Vinyl will need to be joined to existing carpet, and skirting boards to be put back on. Sealing with hydroseal will be required to make it waterproof. A free quote would be appreciated.
