Check on electrical connections for a pump

I I have a pump which moves waste water for a holding tank to the sewer line. The pump alarm has triggered and there seem to be no power to the pump - so it may be an elctrical problem or a plumbing problem. All can be accessed from outside house so could be done through the day as I work. Would prefer this week or next.

We have an existing wall light and ceiling pendant light in our lounge that needs replacing. We have purchased the new fittings, so need them to be installed. We also have a power point that makes a buzzing sound that we needs to be looked at to assess what is wrong with it. Job will need to be done on Thursday 16 June.

We are buying this house that has three powerpoints in the lounge not functioning. Some of the lights in the kitchen, bathroom aren't functioning. We basically needs a service of electrician to check possibly the overall electric connection of the house before we buy it. I would want to get a quotation so we could ask a reasonable discount for the purchase price.The house is measured 80sq m.

Lightbulb fitting corroded in lounge. Old style long-wire lighting in hallway - fitting came away exposing wires so would like to get it fixed sooner rather than later!! Quote on how to install new or move powerpoints in bedroom and hallway - 1950s state house so in awkward places!

We have no hot water coming from our hot water cylinder. It is a Rheem Low Pressure 180L - Model number A180S. We have replaced the thermostat and it is still no go. There is voltage going through the thermostat.

Have lost power in downstairs of house...functioning fine upstairs. Need to reinstate power sooner rather than later. It is an old house but has had rewiring downstairs and has separate fuse box due to previous owners dubious growing operation. Easy access to all areas of downstairs as many wall linings removed at present.

We need about 6 new double power points installed throughout our house. Also, we have a light switch that is not working correctly and would need replacing.
