Rewiring 90sqm vacant house

I need the wiring done at a 1930's house. Wall and ceiling linings are off in the main parts that need addressing i.e. kitchen and bathroom. I think a new main line has to come in from the pole. I have a building consent so it will need to be certified. Ready to go now.
