Electrical wiring and outlet update

It’s a 1960s house. We need a licensed electrician to add an earth wire (no earth was found), upgrade old wiring and outlets, and add new outlets in living room, a study and roof attic. Hot water Cylinder Timer

House bus connected to mains power via camper power lead.. Had an extension cord plugged into a outlet in bus, which was then accidentally cut with a grinder causing the power from mains to stop. Blown fuse? The next issue has been ongoing in regards to the solar set up after the panel where covered for a few weeks the system didn't come back online properly leaving only light power drawing appliances to work. Ie lights and pump to work.
