Its sounds big but its not. It is a matter of extending the bedroom into the hallway by moving the bedroom door to the hallway. Then one side of the hallway wall (which is now part of the bedroom) can be removed to open the bedroom out into what use to be the hallway.

We want to replace the shower and the bath in our main bathroom, and also install an extractor fan vented to the outside. We are open to suggestions about making the best use of the bathroom area, but suspect that the current locations of the shower and bath will need to swap over. We will also need much of the wall lining replaced but we will do all painting etc.

Ouside lights and a dodgy plug

Both my outside lights (porch lights) have burnt out. Need to be fixed, would like to have a sensor that turns it on at dusk. Also an electrical socket 'fizzes' occasionally and has a bit of a smoke mark round the plug...needs looking at to make sure that it is kosher.

Kitchen Wiring Before Easter

We are replacing our old kitchen over Easter. Before Easter we need two hot points installed, for a dishwaser and rangehood. Following Easter we will need our new oven and hob wired up. And the other thing that can be done on either visit is installing an extractor/light unit in the bathroom.

Had a heated towel rail put in a few months ago, worked for a short time and then stopped working. Have tried a replacement towel rail but it wont go either so assume the problem is with the wiring/electrics. Need someone to take a look and fix
