we are looking at buying a house and converting the excisting double garage into a bedroom , bathroom and lounge for our folks. the garage is 36sqm and it internally gibed. Will require a bathroom consisting of a toilet , shower and vanity basin plus minus 4sqm and then a bedroom with built in cuboards and a lounge at this stage we require an approx estimated cost to complete the above which will enable to make the decsion to go ahead and purchase this property ensuring we will have suffcient funds . at a later stage we will require another double garage to be built - exterior of the excisting house has a brick cladding ,so we looking also for an approx cost to build per sqm for the new garage- would appreciate some help and guidance
