We want to replace the shower and the bath in our main bathroom, and also install an extractor fan vented to the outside. We are open to suggestions about making the best use of the bathroom area, but suspect that the current locations of the shower and bath will need to swap over. We will also need much of the wall lining replaced but we will do all painting etc.
