An old bungalow needs a bit of a face lift: 1.A bathroom needs the doorway finished off, and a new door and a light wired over the mirror. 2.The laundry needs wall lining finished. 3. Both Laundry and bathroom need cork tiling on floor. 4. Wooden floors need sanding, bogging and staining choc brown. 5. Interior of house (3 bed/1 bath, living, kitchen) needs painting (with some skim plastering required). 6. Installation of Ducted Central Heating
