Exterior light fixtures

Hi. I am looking to fix and upgrade my exterior light sockets, fixtures and sources. I would like to replace one entire fixture outside my front entrance which is bolted onto the outside cement wall. I have two other exterior light sockets which are damaged due to rust and age which I would like repaired and light switches sourced. I have a fourth other exterior light which is working but would like the light switch repositioned. I know that I need an electrician, however, I don't know if I need another trades person who specialises in wall mounting into cement. Jennifer
