Repair of Shrinkage crack

We have a polished concrete floor in our house and it has developed a hairline shrinkage crack. There are 3 -4 areas along the crack where spalling of the edges has occurred and shallow craters up to 5mm wide x 10 - 30mm long have resulted. Are you able to provide a crack repair service or offer any advice/guidance on how best to repair the crack etc? Exposed aggregate grinding

Concrete paths and patio area have very exposed aggregate to the extent it's uncomfortable to walk on. Wanting to resurface (grind?) to semi-smooth surface. Approx 44.5m2, easy access. Two adjacent patio areas --- joined L-shape, two paths 9.5m2 + 8m2, joined L-shape - connected to the patio area. In other words the area is contiguous around 2.25 sides of a house.

The damage occurred when the painter applied carpet protection film during a painting job. When the film was removed, it took off some of the polish from the concrete floor. 692 Haruru Rd. Cut channel in 3mtr conservatory loor slab

Concrete Cut

The previous owners built the fence along the existing concrete rather than lining it up with the property boundary. We would like the concrete within our side of boundary cut so we can remove it and re-align the fence. We take possession of the house on the 8th of May so any work would be after this date.
