Repair of Shrinkage crack

We have a polished concrete floor in our house and it has developed a hairline shrinkage crack. There are 3 -4 areas along the crack where spalling of the edges has occurred and shallow craters up to 5mm wide x 10 - 30mm long have resulted. Are you able to provide a crack repair service or offer any advice/guidance on how best to repair the crack etc? Main issue I believe will be matching the colour of the polished concrete floor so that the repairs are not highly visible. Our address is at Northwood Close Warkworth.
