The previous owners built the fence along the existing concrete rather than lining it up with the property boundary. We would like the concrete within our side of boundary cut so we can remove it and re-align the fence. We take possession of the house on the 8th of May so any work would be after this date. Feel free to provide an additional quote to remove the concrete too (the area is c. 22m2).
