Replace existing soffit board

Gutters have been blocked and leaked over the 30 years they have been in place, the cement sheet soffit are mushy in places and need replacing, the timber when looking at it in the attic still looks solid and the roof space is nice and dry. At the same time interested to get gutter/fascia replaced, depends on the price.
