remove existing wall and install new internal walls

Remove one wall 5.5m long and install new support beam for upper level of two storey home. Requires engineering of the support beam and point loads through to the sub floor of a pole-platform. Install two new internal walls (approx 14m of wall length) including double leaf pocket sliding doors. Double gib and sound insulation on all walls, plaster and paint as required plus re-finishing of any walls or ceiling at intersection points.
