Reclad 2 storey house on pole platform

House built 2004 with Eterpan cladding and now very cracked and with internal guttering system on both levels that caused some water ingress yet to be fully evaluated. I have arranged scaffolding and plastic wrap and i have the weatherboards James Hardie Linea® 4200 x 180 x 16mm Weatherboard sufficient to cover the exterior wall area. We will contract separately the new guttering and downpipes but the soffit needs re-construction all around to allow for the installation of external guttering on new fascia All other materials and labour to be supplied by contractor on a pre-agreed schedule of costs. ground floor area 150sqm first floor area 125sqm garage 7mx7m attached by one wall
