External cladding repairs, interior painting, and ceiling replacement

Repair exterior cladding on one side of house (approximately 10x4m with window). The top row of cladding is coming loose and the facia board has rotted and will need to be replaced. Likely that other boards in the cladding will also need to be replaced as well, but initial viewing will reveal that. Needs all varnished timber interior walls sanded and painted white. House is single storey, 2 bedroom and approximately 90m². Also looking to replace internal ceiling tiles with gypsum board ceiling.
