Tower Insurance has asked me to compile a report for an insurance claim, with a builder signing off the problem was not done through general wear-and-tear or human intervention, but by natural events. I believe at some point that an earthquake has caused the damage, given what has occurred and the damage as it exists, but since I have no idea of when it occurred (It had been primarily a storage space before the problem was discovered, as it hid the issues), Tower have asked for an official build...
