Build deck and install pergola

Extend existing deck by an extra 24 sq metres approx. Also please quote separately to install a kitset pergola we have purchased (we may end up doing this part ourselves, so would prefer separate quotes). The existing deck is kwila timber which we can waterblast and stain to get it looking fresh. The idea is to create a larger outdoor living area.

Leaking window area

We have a window on the north east side of our house where water gets in sometimes. Only an issue when it is raining AND wind is blowing from that direction. Water comes in at the top of the window frame and runs down the window on the inside. Looking for someone to take a look, diagnose the cause of the problem, and provide a quote for fixing. I have attached photos, there is no obvious issue on the surface however.
