Section of Passage Way to be Re-Gibbed and Plastered

Hi. I'm doing up my house, small section/room at a time and I'm ready to start my next small project (before the big one's start). It's a smallish section of hallway that has been water damaged. It all needs to be stripped, re gibbed and plastered. ISorry haven't got exact measurements but might be a good fill in job for a builder in between decent sized jobs. I do need to install some new lights in the celing. Look forward to hearing from you.

We need a clever sole to do several jobs for us. 1st we need to FIX the guttering & spouting on a 1950s bungalow (previously thought it needed replacing but after vewing it I think it just needs re-fixing). There's also a bit of handyman repairs needed as a storm has ripped some of the fascia (think that's what it's called) on the corner of the house. There's also some boards that need replacing under a leaky sink in the bathroom and a couple of holes in some walls that we'd like seen to HELP!

Hi, I'm starting what will be an on-going renovation in my home. I need 2 bedrooms looked at. One needs to be completely re-gibbed from floor to celing ( This room is 4mx4m approx. The other needs the celing done only. That room is about 3mx3m. I'd also like some ideas to replace the ugly wardrobe in the bigger room.as well. I'd also like a section of the passage way done due to water damage from the property having a dodgy roof for years. Look forward to hearing from you.

We need a wall removed which has an old open fire in it unfortunately. It is about 3 metres long and probably load bearing although I haven't actually checked. The ceilings between the two rooms will then need fixing up to join them properly

ASAP Brace, reclad and install windows

Relocatable needs to be braced up to building standards, then reclad and windows installed. I am looking for someone to do what I think will be a two week job (I could be very wrong on this). The building is 20mx6m. Have all drawings and can email all info. Looking to do it on an hourly basis rather than a quote for the entire job as I realise it will be hard to estimate.

WALLS & CEILING 1) I'd like an estimate please to remove a wall approx 10ft long and make good the ceiling. I think this is a non supporting wall, I have house plans, but not a clue how to read them! 2) I need a stone/rock/concrete fireplace and log burner (not wetback) removed 5 ft high x 3 ft deep x 5 ft wide. A new wood burner to be installed.

The hole in the Lounge

need some work done in the lounge. We took our chimney out and need roofing over hole done and ceiling and wall completed. We have the ceiling materials and gib for wall. The only materials we require is to fix hole created by removal of chimney. We also need some finishing done in our laundry, have the necessary materials to complete.
