House Maintenance

We need a clever sole to do several jobs for us. 1st we need to FIX the guttering & spouting on a 1950s bungalow (previously thought it needed replacing but after vewing it I think it just needs re-fixing). There's also a bit of handyman repairs needed as a storm has ripped some of the fascia (think that's what it's called) on the corner of the house. There's also some boards that need replacing under a leaky sink in the bathroom and a couple of holes in some walls that we'd like seen to HELP!
