Building Walls for a New Restaurant

Cladding Repair

New Cladding

We have a 65sqm 2 bedroom house in Flamer, Hastings. It requires the corrugated cladding to be removed and additional vertical battens to be installed. Currently it has failed code compliance due to the spacing of the exterior battens being being greater than 600mm. The Builder whom completed the work originally was Piper construction. They have been liquidated and we cannot get them back to complete the contract.

Very small separate office build

Gib fixing, stopping and cornice

Remove and replace borer beams under house

Ive got a few beams under the house which has bad borer in it 1 beam 6metres approx 2 others about 3meters each.i need to replace these before i get borer sprayer in.cheers

Replace stair handrail.

Outside staircase part of handrail that needs replacing measures approximately 5 metres.Exposed to the elements and the top rail has rotted.

Leak repair

In heavy rain, water is running down the inside of a window, and also coming in under the door which is right next to that window. I need a quote to make both watertight.

Replace Ceiling

I have a three bedroom house which I am getting rewired. Because of the limited access being a flat roof house I would need the ceiling removed. And then the wiring will be done then would need new ceiling put up. Also plaster,coving,paint and insulation would need to be done

Weather board repairs /timber window repairs

To repair all weather boards / replace where needed and also repair timber windows as needed. This is on a 1919 villa. Do have some of the weather boards (new but not all that is needed). This is complete the renovation.
