Very small separate office build

We are thinking about building a small office, like maybe 5m2, and putting it somewhere on the property, connecting it up to a power lead for power, wondering if anyone can build one of these, custom design, or if we're best to go with a company such as --- to do the job? Also need advice on where to put it on our small section... expecting to spend under $10k including paint (if needed), carpet...
