Builder assistance needed in wall removal.

We have a section of wall between the kitchen and lounge room to be removed. We are wanting a quote for a builder to do the basic structural work, we will strip out the old plasterboard, remove wiring etc. we just want the basic framework and supporting lintel put in place. We are happy to buy all necessary wood for this work prior to job commencement. Paved seating area

We currently have a retainer wall that holds roughly a 25m by 5 metre area of lawn. I would like to put a paved seating are down one end of this lawn (assuming an area of 5x7m) so that we are able to put a lounging area up there. Please see pics for idea (wooden decking area only) and location on our property. I'm aware this will need to be viewed and discussed further before estimates given.

New outdoor wooden deck

We currently have large concrete slabs in our outdoor area, that we would like to put a deck over top of. We envisage the deck to be a curved design, but following the L shape of the house. I'm unsure of the area size, but please see the photos for an idea of concept and our area. I'd like to get someone to review the idea I have and advise on best approach.

New Cladding

My wife and I have put our house on the market recently. We have had a lot of interest but when people have come in for an offer, their lawyers have advised them against it due to the cladding. we require a qualified builder who is experienced in removing and replacing beams and bearers/joists under the house that have excessive borer damage to them.one is 6m long and there are a few others at 2m and 3m long maybe more to be honest
