Home extension

I have a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home that I would like to extend it out to a 4 bedroom 1 bathroom and 1 ensuite. It is a 1960's weatherboard house sitting on a 1/4 acre section. I need a professional who can manage all aspects of the job, from drawing up plans, council permits to hiring sub contractors where required. We attached photos of the existing house. We also have initial floor plans and concepts drawn up. You will need to be a registered master builder (or have access to one who can sign off the work) and be able to provide a fixed price contract.
