Section of Passage Way to be Re-Gibbed and Plastered

Hi. I'm doing up my house, small section/room at a time and I'm ready to start my next small project (before the big one's start). It's a smallish section of hallway that has been water damaged. It all needs to be stripped, re gibbed and plastered. ISorry haven't got exact measurements but might be a good fill in job for a builder in between decent sized jobs. I do need to install some new lights in the celing. Look forward to hearing from you.
