There were some delays along the way which were understandable, however progress was a bit slower than expected, with shorter workdays meaning the job took around a month to complete. There was also a variation in the cost during the project, and it would have been helpful to have clearer communication around this earlier on. Overall work was completed to a suitable standard.

We contacted Kat during a major storm here in Auckland when we found water pouring down the inside of an exposed brick wall in a bedroom. She was wonderful and turned up to assess the problem and then got on with the job, as it had to be dealt with ASAP. Her workmanship was amazing, she really knows what she is doing and very professional about it. It took no time at all to sort it out, and install some bricks from the 1940's (which we had) to fix the job. We can highly recommend her.
