Masonry fencing wall with steel wire on top

There is about 4m long by 0.6m high masonry wall section that has been hit through due to car accident. And the remaining top layer blocks for 6.4m long are loose. The casted in steel wire section also 0.6m high also detached. The masonry wall is made of blocks with poured concrete in the cells. Please see photos attached for visual. I am looking for a quote for reinstate blocks and steel wire before process the any physical works. Thanks
