I have done got a building inspection report that says that I need the following done: Major Cladding is Brick veneer, approx. 40-70mm cavity. Brick sills and detailing checked. Some brick window sills with gaps in mortar between brick sill and timber joinery requires repair. Original timber joinery painted. Some brick window sills with gaps in mortar between brick sill and timber joinery requires repair, as previously noted under cladding comments.
