Had a difficult situation with dishdraw. Bruce did everything he could and fixed the leak then an electrical part blew. Bruce came back and spent extra time to find the new fault. He was very thorough. No extra charge for coming back. Decided at the age and continual faulting of the machine we would replace it. Gave great advice on other models we could try that are less prone to faults.
