I have an Electrolux 7kg front loader. Approx 9 years old. When starting machine it will fill with a small amount of water, then just sit there. Not wash clothes not take out the laundry powder etc. will continue to countdown from a 50min wash to approx 38mins doing nothing but making a humming sound. Will flash error E 10 on display. Soap dispenser doesn't pop open

Hi there, I've noticed with the last few cycles that the dishes come out relatively dirty and the soap dispenser is closed whereas it was always open when the cycle ended. Unfortunately I don't have the make and model of the machine as it wore off, but I enclosed photos of it. It's a drawer unit of the 'Q' series by Fisher and Paykel. Please enclose quotes in your message. I'm expecting this to be an easy fix.

Our tenants have had problems with the dishwasher for a few months and have said it's finally broken down, so we need someone to come and see if it needs total replacement or can be repaired. We aren't sure if we need to buy a totally new dishwasher, or just need to repair this existing one and need an expert to give the dishwasher a diagnosis - replace or repair. It's a Fisher and Paykel Nemo dishwasher.

Dishwasher won't drain!!!

Help working out what the issue is and to complete the repair. The dishwasher drainage pipe doesn't seem to be blocked (disconnected and looked). Might be the drainage pump, but need to be sure. We urgently need this up and running again in the next day or so and it might be a simple fix! Thanks.
