My bloody kids put too much of their bloody laundry in the bloody drier. Now it won’t rotate, though it still seems to be heating.

The operator demanded payment for half of the job on the spot. He quoted me a price over his estimate to finish it and texted to ask if I received the quote. I texted back immediately to ask for clarification of the price. The next day I was abused by text and phone call and threatened that he wouldn't finish the job. I had him finish it, and when my review gave a low score of communications he texted me to abuse me further. Steer clear!

"I do not agree with the Performance Review ratings allocated by Matt Boucher i.e he agreed with the correctly estimated job cost, expected to have job scheduled "on demand" and sent a text message seeking clarification to me @ 1.14 am in the morning then proceeded to engage in a "to and fro" texting war! It's obvious he considers himself "entitled" and to use this opportunity as "revenge" for his perception of being placed in an "aggrieved" situation. Avoid this person at all costs!"
