"Diagnosing the source of smoke soiled clothing involved a process of elimination leading to concluding the problem lay within the heating chamber i.e accumulated lint build up heated against the heating element. I pointed out that it's a manufacturing fault that has never been addressed. Recommended monitoring and ok with returning to clean the chamber. Delightful person and receptive to the advice I dispensed, thanks Iain 😊"
