Bruce was prompt and effective with his communication, and he was extremely helpful. He made a follow up call as he had indicated he would and I was very satisfied with his work. I would be more than happy to employ him for any further work I need done.

"Contacted, discussed and recommended a course of action, not requiring attendance in relation to Fridge issue. Followed up with a telephone call (as promised) and advised issue resolved. Received another job request Front Loader intermittently spinning/stopping. Concluded due to excessive replacement part cost uneconomic to continue and recommended full replacement, thanks for engaging me Kerry much appreciated 👍"
