"Gabe's single Dishdraw was not working. After carrying out voltage trace, I found the cause to be the power module had failed. Upon checking the serial number I was able to confirm it's age of 3 years. I advised the repair should be covered by the retailer as there are protections provided within the Consumer Guarantees Act and as it is currently not fit for purpose. A supporting Technical Report was provided outlining my findings. Thanks Gabe for your positive review, appreciated 😊"
