"Evelyn's correct about the hiccup experienced with her dishwasher repair. The initial failed replacement part resourced was not clearly described in the parts diagram necessitating having to return and the correct one supplied. Once received the original faulting part was removed, supplied replacement part fitted and on site tested ok. The frustration was understandable and I'm just thankful of Evelyn's calm nature, patience and understanding that sometimes things happen beyond one's control 😊"
