"What a lovely person Eve is! One of her LG Heat Pump Dryer drum rollers had completely disintegrated, hence the thumping noise and was catching and tearing her laundry. I returned when advised the replacement parts (ordered from an online Supplier to reduce costs) had been delivered, removed, fitted, reassembled and on site tested ok. Eve was thrilled to have her Dryer fully operational again. Thank you Eve for your patience, understanding and positive review 😊"
