We want to attach a veranda to the house - over an existing porch. A lounge window has to be replaced with double exterior doors leading out to the veranda. See example of period style veranda - we want to create something similar. Parts of the steps have to be removed to leave only the width of the new front door. Panels have to be put up on the sides of the porch where stairs have been removed.

Quote for a house extension

We want a quote for an extension to this house which we are wanting to buy. The extension would be approximately 2 to 3 M deep running along the whole back of the house (the bit on the main picture) which is about 10-12M long. We would want someone to come to see the property with us and offer advice on what could be done and how much it would cost. We can pay for the builder's time but would want good references to ensure a reputable firm with past experience of reliable quotes. Thanks

Two car garage

Original construction had a garage plan but somehow it was not built. At this stage, we need a design to build an internal two car garage and then possibly finish a half-way construction to the concrete job so that at least we can park our cars outside of future garage. Since the parking lot that we want to use is a kind of hill covered with lawn, I think this soil should be removed in the beginning.
