New Garage

Hi. Looking at buying the property in the photos. Would like an estimate for 2 car garage on the front of the section - 6m x 6m as a starting point. Ideally I'd like the roof pitch to copy that of the house, but cost, as usual, will dictate custom vs standard options. Won't need workshop space (that will be inside the house. Room for 1 large + 1 medium car + large motorbike. Side door for pedestrian access (perhaps wide enough to ride the bike into the rear of the garage?). Will need costs for site prep. At this stage a best guess will be sufficient. If the likely cost of this job + some other issues looks reasonable we will go ahead at the auction and with quotes. Don't want to waste anyone's time quoting for a job that may not go ahead. Regards Stacey
