Cat door install

Have a window to install cat door into that is roughly 834mm x 337mm, currently double glazed. Happy to just get single glazed replacement. Pet door is quite large and using the circle adaptor will require it to be trimmed like the cardboard cutout example in the second picture, happy to do this part myself. There is 1-1.5cm overlap of glass still under the adaptor which hopefully is enough to seal on? Also just wanting to know if the window will still be strong enough when the circle is cut...

Ensure house is water tight - Roofing

Unable to determine the state of the house but I need an assessment done to determine the work required to ensure the house is weather tight. Issue with the seal on our sliding door - causing a leak!

Our glass sliding door has a seal issue, where water is getting in and pooling in the bottom track area. On really bad days it overflows onto the carpet which is now getting tiled as a result of this. We need someone to identify the cause of the leak and repair it. Our amateur inspections guess it might be something to do with the seal at the bottom somewhere.

Wanting to replace a window frame that has 4 skinny, vertical panes of glass with one plain frame for one pane of glass. Total width is approx. 1650mm and height is 1500mm. Would like a window sill of about 150mm. If we reduce the height to about 1200mm then we will need to add a couple of weatherboards to fill the space. We are replacing our roof in the next month or two so would like to complete this job before then.
