Repair leaking roof

Looks like the roof has lifted in one or two areas and has a leak causing the ceiling to sag in hallway. Need a repair before bad winter weather sets in. We are looking at potentially replacing the roof next year so something short term would be ideal. Aerial antenna Installation

Current aerial is not working and would like a new one installed. Current aerial looks old and knackered. Wiring through attic looks fine and goes into a junction box to other rooms. Single story house and current antenna mount is easy to access (side of house). Require new Antenna. Happy for you to supply if you can get it cheaper then shops.

Duck Creek - House moved

Our house has moved a lot with the drought we have had. We cannot open certain doors leading onto the deck (aluminium doors that are sticking). Some of the internal doors cannot close all the way as they used to . Cracks have appeared as per the attached photos. We have been advised to get a Structural Engineer to advise and guide us.

Fix Brocken Decking

Electric oven doesn't generate heat when set to bake or fan bake. Fan works but it's just blowing cold air. When set to grill it generates hot air however. Stove tops work fine.

Old farmhouse, we’re on bore water with an electric pump. Issues with both hot/cold water - very low pressure, intermittent hot water supply. The water has always been an issue but gotten progressively worse over time. No idea what this would cost to fix but we’re wanting to resolve all of these problems ASAP.

Hi there...I have a 2.4 x 2.4 mt patio blind to hang. You will need to put up a reasonably sturdy beam to attach the blind to at the top. And most likely something at the sides . Im no expert hence the need for an experienced person! No urgency but within a month would be great. The gap its hanging in is the one 'closest' to the camera. Thanks
