Fix Brocken Decking

Hi there A tenants leg went through broken decking and I’m looking to have this replaced. I would imagine it broke due to being frail timber, I assume I need to replace all the decking. The deck is approx 750mm x 1.5m (Max 1m x 2m) plus three stairs. I’m looking for someone to come and fix this as soon as possible. Thanks
