I have a dilapidated area of garden with crumbling rock retaining walls (see photo1). I also have a lot of spare volcanic rocks (e.g. 2). I want the rocks built up into a low retaining wall (about knee height, for approx 16m, curving around the border between garden and grass), with a basic timber retaining wall along the fence line (knee height, 8m long). I don't want a formal wall with all rock shapes fitting precisely, but something in which uneven shapes between rocks can be filled by concrete. There is an example in another part of the garden (see photo3). The job does not require a highly skilled stone mason. I would like it done in 2-5 weeks time.

This job came in under time and under budget. Discussion over alternative materials resulted in lower price, and the workmen were efficient.
