Ensure house is water tight - Roofing

There is a considerable amount of damage to the external brickwork. Unable to determine the state of the house but I need an assessment done to determine the work required to ensure the house is weather tight. The roof may have some moisture damage to it, the light fixings in the lounge have detached from the room, the wiring and a few screws is what is holding it up It appears that the some internal wood has expanded and has caused the plaster to crack, most likely water damage. Have more jobs for the right tradie which includes installation of windows and ventilation, carpet/retiling etc.
